Marylin has been a chef since leaving school. After completing her training at Highbury College she has gone on to work at golf courses, restaurants, Stubbington Study center and even Windsor Castle.

Matt has worked full time in the catering industry since leaving school. He's worked his way through local hotels, golf courses and football clubs and has now settled at the Queens Head.

Tom has worked at the Queens Head for a few years now, under the guidance of previous landlords he has a good knowledge of real ales and also the locals!
