John is a retired Naval Officer, and Jacquie worked in the hospitality industry as a Receptionist for over 18 years, and prior to that as a Secretary to two Partners & firm's Solicitor at a  large firm of Chartered Accountants.

We have done house-sits in Titchfield, Hampshire: The Jetty - 4 1/2 months in 2004; Fletching, Sussex: 2 weeks in 2004; Titchfield, Hampshire for 10 days: The Red House in Nov. 2008; East Lavant, Sussex: 1 week in Jan.2009; and Dietenhofen, Germany: 5 weeks in Dec. 2008/Jan.2009. A house-sit has already been organised in North Devon for the first 3 weeks in October 2010, and we are looking for more, either before that date or from around 23rd October 2010. We hope to be in UK until around 30th November, but if another house-sit opportunity arises after that date, we may extend our stay. Rest assured your home will be looked after as if it were our own!
